Common questions
What does the $350 Cap Registration include?
We help you choose a position that meets H-1B specialty occupation requirements, give you practical tips to improve your selection chances under the wage-weighted lottery, and file the registration with USCIS during the March window. The USCIS registration fee ($215 per registration for FY 2027) is separate.
What does the $2,500 Cap Petition cover?
If your candidate is selected, we prepare and file the certified LCA, the complete Form I-129 with its supplements, the employer support letter and the evidence package. USCIS filing fees and optional premium processing are separate, and RFE responses are quoted separately.
What is the $600 Independent Case Review?
A second opinion from an attorney who has no connection to your employer or its lawyer. We review the petition documents and any USCIS notices you provide, check the strategy, and send you a written assessment of risks and options. It is a limited-scope review, and you are not obligated to switch lawyers.
Will you contact my employer or its attorney?
No, not unless you ask us to. The review is confidential. If you later want us to take over the case, we discuss that separately.
I'm an H-1B worker. Can I hire you directly?
Yes. You can book the Independent Case Review yourself. For petitions such as extensions or amendments, the employer is the petitioner, so we work with your employer, or with you and your employer together.
Can you guarantee selection or approval?
No one can. The cap selection is run by USCIS and approval depends on the facts and the evidence. What we can do is find weaknesses early and build the strongest filing your facts support.
We got an RFE with a close deadline. Can you still help?
Yes. Contact us with the response due date. RFE matters are prioritized by deadline. If the response is due in three weeks or less, a $500 rush fee is added to the base fee.
Do you work with clients outside California?
H-1B is federal law, so we represent employers and workers across the United States and abroad, entirely online.
